Welcome

The Transportation Library Connectivity Pooled Fund Study is a grassroots effort by librarians and information professionals with 20 members including 17 state departments of transportation, two partner universities and one transit authority.

Since 2005 we have been sharing our expertise and resources to develop better ways to serve our customers. With the help of a full-time consultant we provide technical assistance to members and work to bring the benefits of effective information access to the entire transportation community.
